Where your data are handled
Data collected in connection with the web services of this site are handled at the above offices of Hosand Technologies and at the offices of Affinity Internet Inc. (VALUEWEB8-DOM), 3250 West Commercial Blvd, Suite 200, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 – US, which is the headquarters of the server, and are handled only by the technical staff of the Office authorised to do so, or by operators who may from time to time be authorised to perform maintenance work.
No information originating from the web service will be divulged or disseminated.
Personal information provided by users who have asked for informative material to be sent to them will be used solely to provide the service requested, and will be communicated to third parties only if this should be necessary for the provision of the service.

Browsing data
IT systems and software procedures designed for the operation of this website acquire certain personal data during the normal performance of their functions. The transmission of these data is understood to be involved when using Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but could by its nature lead to the identification of users via processing and association with data held by third parties.
This kind of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by visitors to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the state of the server's response (successful, error, etc) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical data regarding the use of the site and to check that it is functioning correctly, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility if a computer crime has been committed against the site, but apart from this case, data regarding web contacts will not be held for more than seven days.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
When e-mail is sent by choice, explicitly and voluntarily to the addresses contained on this site, the address of the sender, which is essential for replying to queries, and any other personal data included in the message, are necessarily acquired by the holder.
Specific summarized information will be progressively reported or displayed in the website pages earmarked for specially requested services.
Cookies
No personal user information will be deliberately acquired by the site.
Cookies will not be used to transmit information of a personal nature, neither will any kind of persistent cookies be used, or any user tracking system.
The use of session cookies (which are not permanently memorized on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is shut down) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifications (composed of random numbers generated by the server), required for the secure, efficient exploration of the site.

Note: In some cases the authorities may request information under the terms of Article 157, D.Lgs. 30 June 2003 no. 196, the law governing the protection of personal data, to check how personal information is being handled. In this case we are obliged to provide the information, and non-compliance with the request will incur legal penalties.
How your data are handled
Personal information is handled automatically by electronic tools only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are followed to prevent the loss of data, illegitimate use and unauthorized access.
Rights of interested parties
Users have the right at any moment to know whether their personal data have or have not been collected, to know their content and origin, and to verify their correctness, or to ask for them to be added to, updated or rectified (article 13 law no. 675/1996 - Article.7, D.Lg. 30 June 2003 no.196 regulating the protection of personal data).
Under the terms of this law, users have the right to ask for data handled in contravention of the law to be deleted, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked, and can in any case oppose their handling for legitimate reasons.
